Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee shall consider and report on all proposed bylaws amendments, except that bylaws amendments may be considered from the floor at a state convention following all bylaws amendments from the Bylaws Committee by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the state convention. The Bylaws Chair shall submit in writing all bylaw amendments proposed by the Bylaws Committee to the YDNC Executive Committee 30 days prior to any YDNC state convention.
